Report corruption:

The company creates favorable conditions for whistleblowers and builds respect for whistleblowers as part of the business culture.

The company provides whistleblowers with conditions for reporting possible facts of corruption or corruption-related offenses, other violations of the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption”.

Whistleblowers independently determine which message channels to use for reporting.

Whistleblowers are guaranteed confidentiality in the manner and under the conditions specified by the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption”.

The company calls on business partners to report through reporting channels any known facts of corruption or corruption-related offenses, other violations of the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption” by the manager, members of management bodies, officials of all levels, employees and representatives of the company.

The notification must contain factual data confirming the possible commission of a corruption or corruption-related offense or other violation of the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption”, which can be verified.

A person can make a message without specifying authorship (anonymously).

An anonymous message is subject to consideration if the information contained in it relates to a specific person and contains factual data that can be verified.

The rights and guarantees of protection of whistleblowers are provided for in Articles 53-3 – 53-8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption”
