The preparation of sands for processing (trammeling, washing, clay removal), gravity preparation and bulk concentrate production is performed at the processing plants. This concentrate is exposed to draining and presents the composite of all base minerals existing in ore sands. Special enrichment methods (electric and electro-magnetic separation) are used for the selective extraction of valuable minerals from bulk concentrate and mono concentrates. The end products of the processing plant are zircon concentrate, ilmenite concentrate, rutile concentrate, kyanite-sillimanite concentrate, staurolite concentrate and quartz sand.
