UMCC Titanium has made dividend payments to the Ukrainian state budget in the amount of 50% of the net profit for FY 2022. The amount paid is 6,682,449.77 UAH.

According to the State Property Fund of Ukraine, the company’s profit is to be distributed in the following manner:

50% – dividend payment to the shareholders of UMCC Titanium;
30% – payment to the fund for restoration of damaged property and counteraction of the Russian Federation’s armed aggression;
15% – payment for expenses according to the Financial Plan of UMCC Titanium;
5% – replenishment of reserve capital.

We would like to add the fact that according to the State Fiscal Service, UMCC Titanium is amongst the top-100 largest contributors to the state budget. In addition, the company has been included in the list of most consistent taxpayers of the Ukrainian mining industry.
