From 2011 to 2020, he headed Trigon Security, where he developed and scaled the management system, and also served as Director of Security. Since 2023, he has been with JSC “UMCC,” where he worked as Head of the Commercial Affairs Department. In July 2025, he was appointed Commercial Director of the company.

Began her professional career in 1996 at the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Ukraine and has been working in the HR field since 1998. Held senior HR roles in international companies including Winner Automotive, British American Tobacco, Citi Bank Kazakhstan, ING Bank Ukraine, and the global headquarters of ING in Amsterdam. From 2019 to 2022, led the HR function at Agrimatco Ltd (Jordan), implementing leadership development programs and modern HR practices. Later served as CHRO at SOFTSWISS and TSUM Kyiv (SCM Group), where she developed corporate culture and employee engagement strategies. Since September 2025, serves as CHRO at UMCC-Titanium, responsible for human capital development, organizational transformation, and strengthening corporate culture.
